[New Champion Suggestion] Chuck Norris

Also anyone caught in his line of running is slowed by 20%/25%/30%/35%/45% [color=yellow]E-Element of Life=[/color] Chuck Norris doesn't swim, Water just wants to be around him, So when water wants to be around him it heals him and allies by 250/300/400/450/500 also the water stays around him for 15 seconds dealing a leaching attack towards enemies causing 20(+AP) damage every 2 seconds while also slowing the enemies by 25% and increasing his movement speed by as much speed as he slowed the enemy by (MS leech). [color=red]R-RoundHouse Kick=[/color] A roundhouse kick by Chuck Norris is the preferred method of execution in 16 states, When he uses this ability, he kicks in an area dealing 500/800/1000 damage, this knocks all enemies back 100 yards and stuns them for 1.2 seconds, Also this silences them. When he does this he has a 2%/2.2%/2.5% chance to automatically kill an enemy champion. The CD on Roundhouse kick is 300 seconds. with his starting CDR it is 150 seconds. This is not a joke i'm completely serious! nah this is a joke but I thought hey, Everyone loves them some Chuck Norris lets make a character!
