Bursty Champions that you can poll for, because why not?
There is honestly alot that goes into this discussion. It depends on how fed you are, how far it is into the game, how far your opponent is, what masteries and runes both you and your opponent have, what items you and your opponent have, and how quickly you can pull off that deadly combo that each assassin has.
To keep things simple, lets say you and your opponent are both level 18, your opponent is an ADC (lets say, Caitlyn) with a standard ADC build, including Guardian Angel (but it is on cooldown). All of the assassins you mentioned need all 4 abilities in order to get in, and deal the damage (except, maybe LeBlanc). We can immediately rule out Kha, because although he can burst people down, he is more of a bursty fighter then a true assassin.
Most Talons I have seen kill their enemy with R, E, Q, W (and then R if E was first). On a lvl 18 Cait with GA, he will definately need the entire combo to pull it off. No matter how good you are, this entire combo will take at least one second to pull off.
We can also rule out Zed, because even though he is designed to delete people from the map, he is extremely reliant on his ult to do so, which takes 3 seconds to proc. Yes, there have been several times where a Zed kills his target before his ult goes off, but thats only when he is extremely fed.
LB might be up there, since her W is what deals most of the damage. Combine it with her ult, and you can easily delete someone with just a W, R combo (with maybe an added DFG). If your really damn good, you can do this in less then a second.
Fizz relies on his Q to do most of his damage, but his E does a **** ton as well. So, with a quick Q, E, W; he can kill almost anyone. However, like Zed, he is quite reliant on his ult, which takes 2 seconds (I think) to go off.
There is one contender that I believe you forgot to mention, and thats Rengar. A fully stacked Rengar with a fulk build is absolutely terrifying. Since he relies on his Q and auto-attacks to deal the damage, he can 100-0 someone REAL quick. Throw in a Hydra and Yommu's active, and that Cait is gone.
Essentially, there is no "burstiest" champ. Every assassin is designed to take out a priority target in a very short amount of time. I would go even more technical, and throw in the math, but I feel I would bore everyone to death.
