What the hell changed in ADC land? Sivir was considered utterly useless just a few weeks ago, now everyone is playing her again. I swear, if possible, some people would make a 5 (wo)man Sivir team.....

Honestly, with the season having ended, there really isn't any point to updating the tier list until season 5 starts anyways. I hope you'll revisit this tier list someday, h4x; The tier list is one of the few things on this website that I really value in the scope of League itself. If you abstain from updating this tier list, just know that your list really helped me out.

Dat Cho buff. It is gonna make him so much more viable, no mana cost on feast + halve cooldown? Full stacks at no time and you can't keep it down. Especially with 40% CDR.

Maybe they'll return (Cho/Skarner), unfortunately they're both exhasperatingly boring to play for me uu

Skarner's biggest bet is Turbo Chemtank, which lets him easily close the gap to unleash his stinger.

Taric good again? Someone said supports with roam would become good again due to fact junglers will farm more. Now i see his win rate jumped up above 50%.
