@Luther eh doesn't bother me too much since i wasn't jungling. haven't been practicing anything but jungle recently and i was realllly tired. just wanted to get a solid lee sin game in before sleeping and he locks ****ing jungle alistar lol. not to mention i got ****edddd by our panth locking mid so late that i picked the first thing i saw which just happened to be rengar... something i havent played top since his rework

Explanation on the placement? Just curious. Like why isn't he tier 1, for example. I mean he feels really strong right now, and his late-game isn't bad; especially considering his peel really messes up popular top laners. I'm not saying that I disagree with the placement though, do not misinterpret this.
