Is Kalista Toxic

She's not as good at escaping as say, [[Ezreal]].[/quote]

I only played her a few times and I tend to end up in more danger because of the passive that I do dodging dangerous situations so in my eyes its one of the things where if the player masters her passive then that player deserves to be as OP as they like.[/quote]
