I'd like to add - although people besides Peng won't care - that
Diana jungle is nearly unplayable now. Her early clears are actually good compared to other assassins since she can tank it well + AoE, but the jungle items annihilate her mana sustain now. Even with blue buffs she has issues. Furthermore, the level 6 peak champions outclass her atm by a mountain.
I mention her because I always liked jungling with her and she was actually pretty ok with the right amount of AS runes in the previous season. She's dead now. I'll test my good old Nidalee and GP now, but not much hope.
As for
Rengar jungle, his best hope remains that level 2 jungle invade that gives him an edge.
I still detest the game at the moment, tower damage and resistance tweaks pissed me off and the jungle is a mess. Also Warwick every game that doesn't have bans.

Could someone explain to me why Azir is considered tier one? I have always found that when he sacrifices his escape to poke he is the perfect candidate to gank.
Perhaps you're playing him wrong...
But seriously, that's the case with a lot of mid laners. People like

I still don't get why you're burning

I think he means "wasting" W to poke, but Azir is meant to max Q in lane and poke with a single sand warrior from what I read (might be wrong?) unless he's pushed and can use the second one without fear of ganks
It really is just a matter of smart soldier manipulation. Whenever I play the 'Zir, I rarely find myself out of soldiers to use, so it really is just a matter of smart soldier management and not an issue with the champion himself.
The point still stands,

I still feel the same way, he's a wonderful champ with tons of potential, I just don't see that potential shine enough. I do find he destroys Fizz tho.
Eyy
Let me clarify. I'm talking about his Q when I poke, maybe I have no idea what i'm doing, I auto with my soldier Q on them for a slow, then auto again. Azir's dash (E)is not used for poking, my problem is the distance he travels, which is next to nothing if his Q is down. Then you have to contend with the fact that in a full blown fight you'd be throwing every soldier you got into thee fray, if you don't you could potentially let somebody get away or die. After that you put your self at risk. That, is my problem.
Even though, in the late game, his soldiers are on a relatively low cool down he, still, offers point of weakness. The Emperor is nothing without his soldiers.

So, OTG, why exactly is Graves good? I don't think he's bad, but I'm not sure why he's top tier.
We aready had a big discussion about this. With most other ADC's being enrfed and Graves getting a lo of buffed in past months, hes in pretty good shape right now. The only ADC's that out ranked him are Lucian and Corki, and he can beat lucian reliably. There was discussion of him being low tier 1 or high tier 2, but it's pretty moot. Graves is like "tier 1.5", but I don't do half tiers so he goes to tier 1.
