You rely on souls a lot since you have no armour/lvl and now they disappear so fast it's hard to retrieve them during lane phase. He got more than a couple nerfs before and probably after that too but I don't think his laning phase is bad still. Even if it was, his mid game and late are still really good so it doesn't matter that much. Braum doesn't have the best lane phase (apparently) but he's still high tier pick.[/quote]
