Did you even read the advice? Honestly if you don't improve this guide, I would recommend to archive this one and try to write a new, when you have more experience.

It's difficult to read due to the spelling and grammar. Items aren't even upgraded. Your farming chapter consist out of seriously one real farming advice and the rest is laning.

Charm doesn't have the 20% damage amp anymore and the combos are really bad. You explain it like you use only Spirit Rush and Charm, even though Orb of Deception does a lot of damage and Fox-Fire is important for bursting down the enemy. Wasting ult charges is not something you should learn from a guide. A more efficient way of using Spirit Rush does look like this:

R+E+Q+W+R+(Auto Attack)+R+W+Ignite

Wait for Fox-Fire to come off cooldown when you use your last ultimate charge. The damage will be unexpected. Ahri does a lot of combos aka rotations. You can't just plain Spirit Rush and jump around them.

There is so much work that has to be done. This has been done half-hearted. You get here a lot of help, look around and search for serious help.

Why does your early game contain only 2x Doran's Rings, 5 buiscuits and no Stealth Ward? Older players should encourage the use of wards and starting to use the trinket is an important step for beginners to learn vision control and safe laning.

Like Hypomnesia said: Kindlegem is bad especially mid game. There you have your biggest powerspike. Building full items is important. Around mid game you should have already Rabadon's Deathcap or Zhonya's Hourglass. And where are your boot? How do you want to roam or lane gank?

In the first place build your core items (what are your core items?) and then you build according to the enemy team. Sheen or Lich Bane can only build if you're ahead and won't get instantly bursted to death since you have to get in auto attack range to use the procs. Abyssal Mask is good against a team with double AP and useless against AD comps. The health of Rylai's Crystal Scepter is much more in comparison to Liandry's Torment and the stats (100 AP and slow) are more gold efficient.

If you auto attack the enemy laner a lot you gain minion aggro. Q+AA is more safe. It's a beginner guide, don't encourage them to kill themselves (to minions). The way you describe things are for a beginner confusing in your chapter, e.g. "how to farm as ahri" and "ability, technic and tactic".

URL masking (read bbc code help)
Instead of:
Take a look at my new Janna Guide!

Use this code:
Take a look at my new [url=http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/-409749?revision&nocache]Janna Guide[/url]!

And it looks like this:

Work on your writing. It's very confusing. Pls no Smite...jungle is difficult for beginners.

I only say to sell the items because the item may get useless in the late game and it's only a sugestion ^_^ but thanks for the advices and i'll include Sorcerer's Shoes later.

I'll admit I'm no Ahri player but there are a few issues. If you want this guide to be for newer players you should avoid in aiding the development of bad habits. Buying items only to sell them is not a good idea, it ends up costing you more gold than you'll often gain.

The Kindlegem is not worth the money, you're not going to build it into anything. In place of this if you need the additional cooldowns you can purchase a Fiendish Codex for cooldowns and AP and there are multiple routes for HP such as. At this time Giant's Belt leading into Rylai's Crystal Scepter Although I hear the HP is being removed from this item and it's being replaced with movespeed. Other options for durability however are Rod of Ages and Haunting Guise in terms of HP and AP. You should not sell Seeker's Armguard as you should be upgrading that into Zhonya's Hourglass This item can save you and gives you time between cooldowns. It can turn a fight around in your favour.

Sorcerer's Shoes are not mentioned at all in this at all either.

The use of the banners are a bit confusing, maybe you should use it as a personal signature rather than as a banner for a guide. A good code for this guide is center, like this
Code:
[center]Your text OR image here[/center]
Seals of gold? Excuse me but that's not really a good choice, please reconsider using Greater Seal of Scaling Health pr Greater Seal of Armor.
Greater Mark of Scaling Health? Please try Greater Mark of Magic Penetration.
Your core build, the external layout of the build, consists in two Doran's Rings, search for the core button in the item cheat sheet.
The guide summary chapter is completely unnecessary, the guide automatically create one. The rest of the content can be included in the introduction.
The Pros/Cons section is a bit ilegible, should choose another color for the foint or change the background image, and there is no reason for pointing out her squishyness in Cons if you had already pointed out that it can be solved with skills.
There are some grammar mistakes, should check out
