well.. that about covers it. to me this is a really effective build that makes voli one of the best if not "the best" offensive tank. pce

i big thing with voli is farming and you dont really have to last hit because youll probably be getting alot of kills or assists early game and also getting gold from the philosophers stone, but you can switch up dorans shield with dorans blade for easier last hits or you can start with a regrowth pendant and make it quicker to get your philosophers stone.

I use pretty basic skils and summoner spells so volik remains the tank. i take flash so i can quickly flash into range, and use roling thunder and catch them off guard for the kill. and i also take exhaust for 1 v 1s and just incae i need a slow to take em down or also use it to focus the high dps threat.

As far as runes go i like straight up armour n health and magic resist rather than "per lvl runes" because voli needs to have a good early game to be successful. flat armour mage resist and health will get you kills super easy long as a have a laning partner who can do good overall dmg like ash or caitlin. just flip, slow, frenzy and boom there dead.

This volibear build is straight up beast early game and late game. I personally cant say ive had a bad game with this build as it make you really tanky but also very offensive as well.
