Champion Build Guide
The thought of a Ruined King
The thought of this build came to me in a vision, in a dream, or was the muck of the insanity I bathed in while playing Kled, who knows, I sure don't. To keep it short and away from any thick literature reminiscent of most online baking recipes that fling blocks of text that get between you and that coconut bar recipe *cough cough*, Kled has one ability that help inspired this build in the first place. His W, Violent Tendencies, allows him to rapidly strike any trespassers on his property for a good chuck of damage based on their max health on the fourth, finishing blow. Needless to say from the title of this chapter, Blade of the Ruined King synergies with this well due to it's passive of chunking them based on their current health, on top of the fact that Kled is a melee champ, letting him take full advantage of that sweet, succulent 12% of their current health with each crushing blow. Upon doing a calculation for just current health damage of 0.88^4 (1-(current health damage %)^x), these four strikes alone with Kled's W will do about 40% of their health in magic damage, without calculating any other damage or resistances, helping him burst them down.
The Sustonks
Kled scales well with attack damage, so going both Ravenous Hydra and BORK alone gives him both damage and sustain, especially with the conquerors and the other runes granting you even more healing. against anyone who can't burst him off his mount then immediately execute him. I have found myself in alot of scenarios unmounted where I abuse my sustain with this build to buy enough time to get my mount back and immediately punish my attacker. A lone Morgana being one of the many victims of confidence when I was 1-2 autoattacks away from immediate death, found herself caught offguard when I just hit her, healed, got my mount back, and slayed her. The shear sustain from the healing from the combination of damage and lifesteal from these items lets Kled go toe to toe with alot of match ups.
Cooldown reduction was recommended on Kled, but who needs cdr when you can blow burst opponents and survive long enough for everything to come off cooldown.

The Play Style of Insanity
Two important things to understand about playing Sustain Kled is that you must do two things. The first is to bully your lane opponent, level 3 and above is the best time to do this, so hit your q, pull them in, e to dash behind them to prevent immediate escape, and get all your w frenzy hits off, and e again for good measure. This may not be enough to kill them early, especially if they have cc and movement over you, but they will be low and in a state of fear, because for all they know, your Nidalee friend in is in the jungle bush just South of you ready to throw a spear to finish them off, otherwise just keep them from farming and continue to cycle. Don't forget you can also e dash towards them and q while you are doing it if you don't think you can get that yank off otherwise.
Now, the second thing, is to be just as crazy as Kled, especially with this build. The sustain from this build grants you the ability to take risks. As Kled says himself when you pick him ,"I find courage unpredictable, it's total insanity you can rely on!". Revel in his madness and you may find yourself to be rewarded, mounted or unmounted, preferably mounted so your risks don't cause immediate death.
Even in a losing game, I found myself being able to 5v1 with just my first 2 items and boots in front of the nexus before dying a solid 8-10 seconds later thanks to the lack of overwhelming cc on the opposing team. The only reason I died however, was because my rival that game, Darius, did not due to guardian angel, which my bullying that game forced him to take, otherwise Triumph would have triggered (hence why I take it over Overheal), granting me enough health and sustain to get my mount back and keep fighting. We lost due to 4v5ing since a friend's internet died, but I did not lose without a good potential pentakill.

The Work in Progress
The more I play Sustain Kled, the more I'll understand his counters and synergies with this build, and the more I'll be able to update this guide. Until then, thanks for reading, and hopefully this guide won't backfire and cause the madman to be banned more. People already don't like fighting him with his other builds, my friends and Quinn included (Sorry Wolv).
