DOMINATION

Electrocute:

The best rune you can choose when you play Bard. I'm sure you know how Electrocute works, but if you don't play Bard often, you probably don't know a Meeps counts like an ability.
The fact is: If you use Cosmic Binding and a basic attack or 2 basic attacks, Electrocute gets activated.

Cheap Shot:

When Bard uses Cosmic Binding, Cheap Shot gets activated.
Also when you have 5 chimes, basic attacks with Meeps slow the enemy, so it works too in this situation.

Zombie Ward:

Just for having more vision on the map.

Relentless Hunter:

It's great to have a little boost of movement speed for collecting chimes or arriving earlier to teamfights.

SORCERY

Nimbus Cloak:

When you use Tempered Fate, sometimes you need that extra movement speed to reach the enemies and stun them with Cosmic Binding.

Scorch:

It grants extra damage in early, but you can change it for Gathering Storm if you prefer damage in late game instead of early game.

FIRST MINUTES WITH BARD

As soon as you spawn, look for 3 charms that appear near to you; first 2 chimes appear very early, and before minions arrive to lane, third one will appear.

With the experience you gain with charms and first minute in lane you will hit level 2. If your botlane hits level 2 before the enemy one, try to stun at least one of them and make the first blood.
