Taric top is very simple. Remember to start Q, and if the enemy laner tries to fight you level 1, just start AAing him and spam Q and health pots. If the enemy laner has not engaged you at level one, farm until level 2 and put a point in your E. At this point and time you are unkillable. Just land your E on the enemy and start AAing, if he tries to fight, just remember SPAM Q and you win.
