Itemization
Mythics
The new
Kraken Slayer brings potential because it synergizes well with many items making your Silver Bolts that much more powerful than it was before. Allowing for extra On-hit damage.
Galeforce dishes out all the stats an ADC could need, while also helping one of the role’s biggest weaknesses; mobility, this item on
Vayne allows her to have larger DPS also while having a guranteed dash escape besides from tumble just incase the q isn't up fast enough.
Guinsoo's Rageblade has great synergy with
Vayne. Allows for vayne to truly utilize the champion's power. Majority of vayne's damage comes from auto attacks. Vayne W's.
Silver Bolts. Vayne allows her third auto on the same target to deal tive 4 / 6.5 / 9 / 11.5 / 14% of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage (Max damage vs. monsters is capped at 200).
Blade of the Ruined King provides great self peel, with its passive and amazing shred for tanks. It's also a great item that provides great lifesteal! A must buy on Vayne
Mercurial ScimitarNeeded for teams with Hard CC. For example vsing Malzhar

Early Game
As previously stated,
Vayne early game is pretty weak / punishable.
Vayne is a high risk high reward champion, which allows for a huge snowball effect if winning laning phase. If you wanted to be making insane synapse plays, you have to understand your laning phase weaknesses. Do not be taking unneeded trades. For example if you're a
Vayne
Nautilus bot lane vs's
Caitlyn
Nami. DO not be taking trades unless its all in. Because
Nami will quickly heal them both back up meanwhile this only punishes you because it makes you more susceptible to death. Play with the mentality that if you play even you will guarantee yourself an outscale.
Vayne works the best with enchanter supports, somebody who is able to poke, shield, heal, and keep you alive during trades/fights. This will be great for laning phase and reduce the punishes. In laning phase focus on last hitting and gaining xp. Be smart with freezing/ holding the wave if possible. Once you complete your
Kraken Slayer you can start looking for fights in lane.

MId-Late Game
Mid game, you are extremely scary once you have 2-3 items. This is where you want to actively look for fights.
Vayne is great when she is enabled. By enabled I mean the ability to actually team fight and get peel. With her
Tumble self peel is possible but it's not enough, allowing yourself to get good peel from an enchanter support like
Lulu will allow for max DPS.

Matchup

Draven is the king of laning phase. He is simultaneously the strongest ADC in short trades, long trades, and second best in all-ins. You have to understand that you have more mobility then him. Be cautious trading with him. In a perfect world, dont even try to fight him without CC.

Ezreal is a champion that is primarily picked for safety, he is very hard to kill in lane and his long range low cooldown Mystic Shot allows him to easily keep up in CS from a range in situations where other ADCs wouldn't be able to farm. Although you are much stronger than

Kai'Sa has a lot of winning matchups while only having a few losing ones, although in season 11 she is quite strong with immediate double evolve with

A traditional lane bully,

Conclusion
Don't be afraid.. just join my stream if I'm ever live, and come ask questions :) appreciate you.
