Following the change to Zeri's Ultrashock Laser in 12.23, Zeri W one shot builds still exist. However, they are no longer AP, the damage type of Ultrashock Laser is now physical, meaning we will have to go lethality. 130% scaling means we need to abuse Hubris and Muramana, as well as Opportunity and Serylda's Grudge to maximize W damage. It is to be noted that Burst Fire will proc Black Cleaver multiple times, meaning support Zeri can fully proc the item in a single Q.
