WHY SMITE?!

You need smite because you can have Stalker's blade so you can slow them and catch up with them or you can slow them so they stay in your ult. And with Magus you have 80AP and 20%CDR and with the boots and masteries in total 40%CDR.

With no flash you need to catch up with them. You ca do that with Stalker's blade and your E. Your E has a long cooldown so CDR I find helps a lot.


How I do a full game: 4 health potions and boots. When I am at mid I take Q and poke a bit. If i'm against a ranged champ like Ahri I don't realy poke but I try to dodge her spells so she can waste her mana, and after she uses her charm I do Q, E, W. With her charm out of the way she doesn't have anything to do a lot of dmg if i E on her. This doesn't only work with Ahri, it works with like Lebanc's W, Zed's W, Twisted Fate's W, Lux's Q, and many more. Then when the minions come i just farm. Level 2: W. Level 3: E. When i have E I use Q, E, W on the opponent for dmg. It looks not like a lot of damage, but when you do it a lot of times it does a LOT of dmg.
