Hey there! I'm Slythera. I started playing

League of Legends in June 2025 during Season 15, then took a completely competitive and strategic path right off the bat. Rather than spamming games mindlessly, I spend my time solely focusing on improving, mostly learning the strategy & theory behind the game. I love the fact that mirrors the game of chess. Through pouring hours of my time into courses, reading books, and getting coached by Challenger & Grandmaster players, I managed to climb to Emerald I in a record time.

One-tricking Shyvana, I climbed well over 1,100+ LP on EUW in about a month (Gold II ➔ Emerald I). I have over 350k+ Mastery Points on Shyvana, and am committed to push it further. Shyvana is very unique in that there is no champion similar to her in the rift as of today.
By the end of this guide, you will be able to understand how to completely dominate with Shyvana and what makes this champion so special.

Pros / Cons

Shyvana is a powerfarming jungler that is designed to be very-ultimate-reliant. Her clear is one of the fastest in the , and it synergizes well with Scalemail. She brings ridiculous amounts of DPS, especially when you know how to build her correctly, melting objectives is one of her specialties even without your Dragon's Descent.

could easily feel frustrating to play if you get Kited or CC'd often. One of the easiest ways to lose is to try and force plays early in the game before your power spikes, level six, and when you don't have enough Fury for your Dragon's Descent.

Abilities

Innate:
Shyvana generates Scalemail Stacks from scoring takedowns against certain enemies.
Large monsters and Large Minions grant 1 Stack, while Enemy Champions and Epic Monsters grant 3 Stacks.

Scalemail:
For each Stack, Shyvana gains

0.3 Bonus Armor and

0.3 Bonus Magic Resistance.

Shyvana's Passive is unique in that it scales infinitely.
synergizes with her identity as a powerfarming jungler.
It scales really well with , more on that in the items chapter.
It's not a strong passive by any means because it's just stats, but it isn't bad either.
In the Late-Game, having 100+ Stacks earns you stats worth 1,200g.
