Introduction
Aatrox is surprisingly capable in the jungle, with percent HP damage on his passive, AoE CC Jungle Clear, and free built in sustain. His W is an immense threat when ganking, and his chain CC with an ally makes his ganks to be feared. Possibly the most terrifying part is his ability to tower dive without any repercussions after level 6, as his ability to move while reviving gets him to safety quite easily.

'What the **** are those runes?'
Yeah, I honestly thought that myself until I tried it out. Aatrox's biggest weakness is that he was very little way to get in a fight, or to keep in it, unless you perfectly land every single Q-edge like some robot.
You won't. No one will land that chain every time.
But this rune page helps with your initiation and sticking power, while also granting you some amazing lategame power. Nimbus Cloak coincides with the movement speed boost of your ultimate, allowing you to gank from the jungle at an amazing speed post-6. Once your in, Phase Rush is fairly easy to proc, and allows you to chain your Q combo easier with better positioning. Transcendence gives some nice CDR, and Gathering Storm gives you amazing stats.
As for the domination picks, you can get Sudden Impact off very easily with your low CD E, and Ultimate Hunter allows you to initiate and resurrect more often.
Trinity force is the core of this build. It's shockingly easy to abuse it's damage with Aatrox, and gives him almost every stat he needs. HP? Damage? Attack Speed? CDR? It's one big bundle pass.
To use it effectively, simply weave auto attacks in between your Q combo whenever possible. This can be quite bursty when combined with your passive. Your E also allows you to proc Trinity, and grants you some bonus AD after it's usage.
Sterak's Gage amplifies Trinity Force by increasing you base attack damage by over 50 by the time you get it, and the shield makes you more durable whenever it's available.
Guardian's Angel... I don't think I need to explain that too much. Double revive is amazing. Just swap it out for Warmog's whenever it's down, if you have the gold.

A typical start should be red buff, then raptors, then scuttle. If you can, you can gank quickly at this point already. If not, proceed to the opposite side, clear scuttle and blue, then gromp and wolves.
As a Fighter/Juggernaut, Aatrox can duel most enemy junglers and easily contest Scuttle. Just watch out for heavy burst damage opponents, as he is only psuedo-tanky, and his actual HP is quite low. If you can't sustain in a fight, you're nowhere near as strong.
