Since patch 8.16, TK has received a "nerf" on his W. However, your W 's cd is reduces by half when used on an enemy, and at max rank, it has 8s cd, 4.8s with 40% cdr.

For the summoner spells, I advise taking ignite, as you can use your ultimate as a Teleport.
