Introduction
I am VXer, currently a Silver III jungler on OCE. This is by no means a comprehensive guide - There's several in existence here already which are an excellent reference for explaining how to play Kayn, or providing the number crunching on abilities between both forms.
This guide will instead focus on Rhaast primarily as I have found this is the more consistent form overall.
