hah, pathetic, you can spellshield his q's pretty easy (maybe u'll need a bit of practice) and that makes him donate u free mana. depending on ur support/their adc u might even want to stand in front of ur support to block all hooks (when ur spellshield is up)
Ezreal
hah, pathetic, your damage far outweighs this cute twink's damage so you can pretty much sit ur huge weiner in the middle of lane and eat all the cs while he doesnt get any. be warned though, despite how comfortable you want to get with this supple young boy, the enemy jungler may in fact also be attracted to him so don't always push up completely.
Vayne
hah, pathetic, vayne can't really do that much in lane without a powerful support, don't underestimate her stun thing though, if she ever gets in range/position to stun u into a wall just pop ur spellshield and immediately turn/change position (u can throw a q out /auto or whatever)
Ashe
hah, pathetic, her main scariness against most adc's in lane is her w, which u can spell shield the hell out of pre-level 6 (she'll probably be used to clicking it whenever you're in range) after level 6 you should play a decent bit less agressively as if you spell shield her w you can't spell shield her ult, and her autos do a decent bit of damage + she can actually chase u down. still, she can't engage on u at all unless ur spell shield is down as u can always kill her ult >:)
Miss Fortune
hah, pathetic, spell shield that q into oblivion, might be a bit quicker than blitz (or not, no clue) but it's definitely reactable. she can't fully engage you after e-ing you as you outdamage her if u spell shield her q. don't bait out q's for mana though because her support is more likely a bigger threat to spell shield.
Tristana
hah, pathetic, this champion is sorta obvious and you can poke her a lot with ur everything, don't prime spell shield when she engages so u can spell shield when her bomb explodes (unless her support is looking spooky). also always keep in mind that she has a jump move that can chase u ez mode so u cant always poke and escape if ur pushed up hard.
Kog'Maw
hah, pathetic, this champion is pretty weak in lane, considering caitlyn (someone who is known as decent in lane) has the same niche of big weiner attack range but gets spanked you can assume correctly that kogmaw gets spanked the same way. his ult is usually used to zone u/catch u off guard for free damage but u can spell shield it ez mode (obviously).
Yasuo
hah, pathetic, you might think that yasuo would be good against adcs as an adc but he actually sucks against sivir. you know the way that yasuo's tornado is already the easiest thing to dodge in the game? well to make EZ sure that it never hits you have a spell shield. also you can just spell shield his q. also you out-damage him if he engages and u spell shield his q. also you win btw.
Twitch
hah, pathetic, you might think that twitch could be a problem because his e is hard to predict to spell shield and he is an auto reliant adc with a high auto range. well ur a dumdumhead then. basically, just keep pressuring him with q's until he can literally do nothing, his ult is almost scary but actually just kidding u can just run away. OH YEAH his e right? but just think about it logically, he's not going to pop e immedately and wait for you to be almost out of e range for max damage so it's pretty easy to predict if you think about it like that, just e while ur running the last few meters ;)
Varus
hah, pathetic, his range is monstrous but he is homosexual so hes probably going to lose concentration looking at ur ginormous weiner. also, everything he has is spell shieldable. spell shield anything he drops directly on u. it's always feelsgood time in the house when u spell shield a max range q when u have 3 spooky varus stacks on u and then u laugh maniacally and take a sip of your evil tea ahhaahhahahahhahahahahhahah. also late game when varus is by himself trying to be big weiner because he thinks he can because of his small weiner ult u can run at him first and pop ur spell shield, either he wastes ult and dies, or dies. :)))

hah, pathetic, you might think her e is hard to predict, but you're absolutely wrong. also you outdamage her and spank her in lane and out. especially out, you can chase her down SOOOO easy cuz the time ur spell shield is up is more than enough for u to kill this foxy feathered fuc-

hah, pathetic, don't try to just stand there and out auto this man tho, if he is fed he will shotgun ur weiner and that might hurt, just kite and spell shield his dumb ult and he'll probably die sooner or later.
Jinx
hah, pathetic, auto attack based champion for damage so u cant totally spellshield 1v1 and is always annoying late game cuz of aoe. but you do have a larger cup-size so that helps. remember to spell shield her w (and i guess her traps give mana lol). try to kill her at least 10 times in lane so that they get discouraged to play this champion.
Nautilus
hah, pathetic, just remember that spell shielding his hook still lets him move half the distance (still probably a good idea) also you can spell shield his passive auto root and his ult. all his good stuff is basically non-existant against u :)

hah, pathetic, i mean you can say that her jumps give her more mobility than ur passive and her e is impossible to predict with spell shield and her ult works really well against you if you ult to escape. but you're completely totally and utterly wrong, kalista never wins.
Kai'Sa
hah, pathetic, she does have some decent waveclear (still outmatched by your waveclear) and her w is alright. everything about her is spell shieldable though so u'd have to be literally blind to get ulted by her. tbh sivir is one of the champions that is built to be able to go even against kog-maw's big tiddy goth gf so try your best!

hah, pathetic, haha, sorry i had to get it out some more. i mean hes even easier to spell shield than blitz and even his ult can be spell shielded by u. which is supposed to be like "the inescapable ult of awesomeness" so whatever. u can stomp lane if they have this useless support (in terms of going against sivir)

hah, pathetic, spell shield his hook when he hooks and spell shield his stun if he goes for it. it most situations he won't be able to use both consecutively (because if he cant land hook he won't be in range to stun). if he is close enough for both though, it might be a good idea to only spell shield his stun. one issue is if you're in an extended fight with him you would have probably popped spell shield early and he can ult ur poor, poor, poor anus. don't worry though he's probably already dead.

hah, pathetic, i mean i GUESS her ground thing does damage, just kidding. also her root can be shielded so it's honestly whatever xd. u can also kill her ult if u wait for it to be over.

hah, pathetic, all her abilities are slow so u can probably spell shield absolutely everything. it is janna though so it's still tough to kill her adc, just buy a good support.

hah, pathetic, as long as you still have a working e button he shouldn' t be that much of a threat. also with your amazing kiting movement stuff if he does that aoe thingy (his ult? i dont even know LOL) you can run away from your support real quick to end it.

hah, pathetic, to be honest soraka's ult might be annoying when you're about to get a penta with a single new patch q. just kidding. you can dust-ify her with a single q (or maybe a bit more) during a team fight because of it's MASSIVE range and your MASSIVE escape power. not a threat it lane.. i mean obviously. just watch out if she e's you when a jungler or something comes. ALSO remember her q still heals her when you spell shield it; but who cares do it anyways.

hah, pathetic, his e lets him dodge qs kinda ez but think of it this way instead: he either has to save his e/get his minions or take a bunch of damage. ALMOST scary to fight mid to late game 1 on 1 unless you wait for him to e first. you should probably wait for him to use his e before poking/poking back. (unless you wanna zone him off or something)

hah, pathetic, his e can be annoying (for your support not you) so try moving to a point where you can spell shield the e without it bouncing to your support (it still bounces after getting spell shielded SO stupid). can't really engage on YOU so you get to pick your winning fights whether you like it or not.

hot damn is this a very attractive champion. why don't they just delete every champion OTHER than this nameless babe. whatever. ezreal's kinda hot too. if they pick sivir you might as well run it down for her cuz ur gonna lose anyways and you should try to get as close to her as possible (without hurting her). that's pretty hard to do in real life (im such a cool handsome bad boy irl) so i //can't// won't get a girlfriend.

hah, pathetic, jhin mains only play jhin because they can't count all the way to double digits. this means you can just go in /all chat and say "you have a million cs jhin!" and the toddler on jhin's computer will outright believe you and stop csing. spell shield his w/q. wait for his trap to almost explode before spell shielding (unless he can w you then run away and spell shield that).

Well um basically uh the answer is difficult to explain through just text so i'm going to show you, in song.
UH BY THE WAY THE ANSWER IS YES. THAT IS WHY I SEARCHED UP WEINER SONG AND EMBEDDED A VIDEO OF A WEINER SONG ABOVE.
Ok, now I shall tell you how this very good build works.
Basically run to lane with ur cull and play super agressively. If u can q them without minions in the way DO IT. keep doing that until they are dead (the bigger the weiner, the sooner they die.) once u finish murdering them (and possibly their revitalized corpses) as much as you feel comfortable back to get phage. dont worry about boots (with rage and passive and //REDACTED//fleet//REDACTED phase rush they are basically stuPID and duMB and IDIOT).
The point of build is very agressive and fast enterances (utilizing ur speedy item/rune/passive/any combinatiano of such) to cut their miniature weiners off with pinpoint precision boomerangerinos (q's) and autos then utilizing quick escapes. It's basically the MONSTER WEINER version of poke damage.
Suppose now, that you don't have a huge weiner that can get kills in lane, or at least your weiner isn't excrutiatingly larger than ur lane opponents so u cant really get kills/catch them out. Basically, ur sivir, so just clean each lane cleanly so u end up having a bunch more moneys (ur w/q does the job) just make sure to not spam q as poke if ur doing this cuz u'll run out of mana ez mode. The point is to get ur first/second item powerspikes as soon as possible so u can go mid/top/jg (even bot i guess lol) to dominate everyone with ur aggressive enterances and exiterinos.
Ok, now that u know what ur supposed to do (more or less) let's get into specifics. Because, it is possible you aren't a big weiner sivir main like me. Here's the basic combo: q, auto, auto-reset using w; when u q them ur champion passive(and rage from black cleaver in this build) goes off so u can move in easy mode. Once u get into auto range u auto then press w quickly so u get that quickie double auto. Throughout this combo feel free to spellshield/disengage/whatever based on ur specific situation obviously. After u do this combo ur autos will give u //REDACTED//fleet footwork//REDACTED// phase rush proc as well, which means you can have SUPER EASY CHASE DOWN (if the situation calls for it) OR SUPER EASY DISENGAGE (if the situation calls for it).
Basically I hope u understand the overall point of this build and also that it's definitely NOT always the best idea (considering that for me to have such a ridiculously above average sized weiner the majority of people probably have less than average sized weiners) to use this strategy. I hope though that you could at least try it out if it sounds like it fits your playstyle or just sounds fun in general. In fact, sivir in general is a super fun adc and definitely will hold its place as my favorite champion. Her q is ridiculously powerfull and her w has amazing waveclear and her e stupidly shuts down many threats and her ult just gives your entire team an advantage over the other (whether for chasing or escaping). ALSO SIVIR IS JUST SO ******* FUN AND YOU SHOULD TOTALLY TRY PLAYING HER!! thanks for reading my guide, and if i convinced you to start playing sivir you should probably find an actual normal weiner item build somewhere else.
