I think you should remove Nashor's Tooth from the Core items block and move it to under the AP items block since it depends on whether you're going AP or AD that you'll want to build it.

I would personally remove Stormrazor from the AD items section since you're focusing on her Manamune build and it's relatively weak on Kai'Sa's Manamune build because you're not going to receive full benefits if you don't have Fleet Footwork, Statikk Shiv, or Rapid Firecannon.

Item blocks can be cleaned up a little bit to look nicer. For example, you can make a Category Block for AD and AP, and inside each of the categories, sort the items into offensive and defensive. I also recommend moving Runaan's Hurricane, Phantom Dancer, and Infinity Edge to the front of the list since those items will generally be what you get after your Core items. Likewise, I would move Bloodthirster to be after those 3 items, then MR, then finally BoRK.

I think you should swap Infinity Edge's spot with Runaan's Hurricane's spot since many people build RH after Guinsoo's to upgrade E.

Overall, everything else in this section looks great.

Guide

I recommend adding the "Tips & Tricks" section straight into the Abilities section because many of the points under that section can be added under each individual ability. For example, the first point you have:


is already stated in your abilities section under your passive:


With the second point, you can add this as additional text either under or above the video, and do the same for the other points.

Personally, I am not a huge fan of adding dividers between every item; I think it is okay just to have the dividers separate the Starting Items / Core Items / Situational Items / etc sections.

In the Laning section, you could also talk about her trading, trading patterns, when to use them, when to move up, pressure, etc.

Overall, the guide looks nice and much more polished than before.

Piling up item options in the cheat sheet is not bad, but be sure to add an Example Full Build at the bottom so people know which of the items are the ones you normally buy (an approximately in what order)

GUIDE

I don't think you need those dividers at the bottom of each chapter; but if you want to use them be sure to center them since they don't run the length of the whole guide. [center][/center]

Titles like "Pros" and "Cons", "Starting Items" and ability titles etc should be enlarged. Use the [size=4][/size] code for that! The sizing goes from 1 to 7; I personally like 4 or 5 best.

I personally think you don't need a tips and tricks chapter and you can instead integrate that information into your abilities chapter; since the tips are about specific abilities in this case.

I'd add a gameplay chapter or two chapters; Laning Phase and Team fights for some information on how Kai'Sa fares at those in particular. For laning phase it can be important to know things like wave control, how to deal with a losing lane, what to do when you're very ahead. Team fights should tell people what her role in a team fight is.
