Maybe I will do a full guide on this maybe not. However, as it is now, this is only a cheat sheet for everyone who is interested in jungling Fizz. Also note that it's a bruiser build for him even though you start with AP runes.

Generally, you don't need that much survivability in the jungle early on because of your passive, Q, E, Flash and Madred's Razors(safe and fast clear). That's why you should rush Sheen for early damage and maybe Mobility Boots for extra map presence. His early ganks deal alot of damage and his gap-closer not only let you easily catch your targets but also gives you the tools to towerdive at low levels.
Next it's a good idea to rush Giant's Belt(it will give you hp to survive skirmishes) or a invest into a Kindlegem, which you should rush immediately into a Locket of the Iron Solari for all the delicous cost-effective stats it gives. It doesn't matter which of the two you got first, if you don't already have it, buy Iceborn Gauntlet next.
After that you should go for this items:
: You need attackspeed next so get a fast Stinger for the tenacity.
: A good attackspeed item to replace Zephyr on Fizz which gives you 42 magicdamage every attack and in addition makes you more tanky against AP caster and the AoE in teamfights.
: Warmogs is currently really strong. It will make you much more tanky and actually protects you more than Wit's End against magic damage. Rushing Warmog's Armor, however, won't give you the attackspeed you need to do enough damage in teamfights.
