Farming

Vayne just depends on that. If you are below on cs, you should really do something. Ask for ganks and try not getting killed. If you want to win your lane, don't take Teleport, take ignite. Specially against champions with heavy heals, like Alistar, Yorick or Renekton.

Kills

If you're getting kills pretty easily, tell your jungler to help other lanes and try putting your enemy in the worst situation; no kills, bad farm and turret down, if possible.

After turret down

If you got the enemy turret and didn't lose yours, consider the lane won. You can pretty much have the gold advantage for finishing BOTRK and fu***** up any enemy tank. If you're going to split push, buy 2 or 3 wards and do the job.
