Remember that this build is centered on AAs, try to hit as many as possible to stack Lethal Tempo, once you do this, you'll not only have extra attack speed, but also extra range that will be really usefull to hit easier,and with the extra speed of the R, no one will be able to scape from you.

I recommend to use more your abilities in the first levels, because your dmg and life steal won't be high enough. You'll have to wait more or less until level 6, where your real powerspike will be. Slowly you'll se how you heal so much, that even just hitting minions will heal you an stupid ammount,

If you feel confident you can try leveling first your E and trading with your opponent if is not a really early champ, but I would do this if you have experience with Aatrox and know its limits.

Don't be afraid if the enemy builds Anti-Heal, this build is literally made to counter that, maybe you will have to play safer, but in the late, you'll be able to 1 v 3 and win it with full health.

Tanks will not be a problem, with the Kraken Slayer and the stupid ammount of attack speed you'll have + the Blade of the Ruined King, they will be melted in no time.

If you're asking why I didn't add an Infinity Edge, my objective with this build is to heal a lot, not a normal crit Aatrox.

Abilities in late will be something you'll only see as cc to reach your opponents except for the R, that is also a core thing for this build because of the extra huge ammount of damage, speed and self healing. The Q is an inconsistent source of damage in comparison to your AAs, but you can use it in punctual moments to cc your opponents launching them into the air, or for a more AOE damage, W will be used as usual to slow and stunt enemies to reach them, E can be combined with Q as usual, but is mainly to chase or scape(also recommended to be maxed because of the Omnisuction passive).

This build is mainly for AA opponents to their death and never stop healing, even with the "Nerf" to Life Steal, you'll see people crying about you being able to heal full health with one attack and shredding even tanks with that extra true damage. You can do the math with the life steal+omnisuction from passive and items + passive AA + Spirit Visage + Corruption potion + extra self healing from R and you'll see that you heal even more than the damage you deal (I once healed 1400 from one AA, that is more than half of the healh you will have).
