Hey There Guys! this is my first guide, and already on Aatrox, I bought him the moment he got out + his skin. and I have no regrets at all. I love playing auto attack based champs, so my decision was already final. mostly I play twisted treeline. so that's why I'm making this guide for those who do too.

the most of his damage comes from the auto attacks. so you wanna make sure to get close to your enemy, how to this...
so first just keep farming, when you're in range use your Dark Flight (q) to knock them up in the air, toggle your w on for extra damage, probably they will try to run now, because of the damage they received and are shocked. slow them with your Blades of Torment(e) so you can get close again, if they engage too, and you think its nescessary,toggle your w back on for sustain while fighting and use your ult Massacre for more attack speed and increased range. probably if you didn't already got the kill, and he tries to escape use your Blades of Torment (q)to ensure the kill,

in Teamfights you want to ensure that you don't die while engaging. make sure your team is in place to engage too. because Aatrox IS a little squishy and weak against high cc. you wanna do it quick. use your Dark Flight (q) to engage and if your 3vs3 and it gets a little turned around, use your ult. this will probably turn the tide of the battle, because his sustain is highly underestimated. together with Massacre (R) the sustain and lifesteal is just sick. the best example I got was my own experience. 1 vs 3 and enemy turret. i was targeting AP Master Yi. who was healing, i knew I was already screwed because I couldn't escape... So i used my Ult and kept attacking Yi who was healing. turret engaging me and the other 2 champs too. my life kept getting on full life over and over again. My team got in the fight and we got an ace, its just incredible how highly underestimated he is. and you have to make use of this. Good LUCK!

GET YOUR **** TOGETHER. easy as that. get enough farm in the lane, its easily done because of your bloodwell in the beginning wich gives you more attack speed the more fed it gets. you can already outfarm them quickly this way. + your sustain will help you to remain on full life when you 1 v 1 an enemy and both don't get killed. he has to rush through his potions and you have your full life back in just a blink of an eye. so use this wisely. when you're farming and get in a fight, and you almost die use your skills to fill up your bloodwell ( only when your totally sure you're going to die!) then when you die you have your life back because of your passive, and you can get back at them, or escape.

high sustain in battles and while farming.
with dark flight you can easily escape and jump over walls etc.
high slow with his (e)
extra attack speed when bloodwell gets filled.
his Ult has amazing attack speed and increased range.
his passive wich is sometimes highly underestimated by enemies and can turn the tide of the battle.
looks awesome, and is fun to play!

abbilities cost health.
is squishy in battle and teamfights.
gets targeted a lot.
you're screwed against high cc.

I always go for high attack speed, so you make good use of his sustain and extra burst damage when you toggle. high attack damage and lifesteal. awesome combination wich will get you fed real quick if used well. the hydra will get you quick and easy farm, so you can outfarm them, or keep up with the enemy. this way you can turn the tide of battle and still win. the frozen mallet will keep the enemies in range while chasing for the easy kills.

here a print screen of how my last games went, I know 2 were co op, but that was because I played on an old pc that couldnt handle LOL, so i did co op. but as you can see, the first and last games were really good. the last game i killed 14 in a row without dying. just because they underestimated my power, and late game i could 1 v 3 them and get an ace and i ended the game all by myself.
