Well the answer to that is I might be, BUT this isn't meant to be a troll build and I'm to afraid to try out my own build which is why I want to post this build here for you daring players to try it out. Now before you think this build is dumb and you try to find another build, listen to my explanation of why I think this build might work. This build focuses on blitzcrank's E ability and it is important to know one thing about this ability. This one thing about his E is that it is NOT the punching of people into the air and dealing an additional 100% of his ad but instead it is MAKING HIS NEXT BASIC ATTACK do so. It is very important to note that knocking people up in the air and dealing additional damage is actually a basic attack which means it can crit and apply other on hit effects like statikk and ravenous. This also means that the tri-force will work very well on blitz as activating the E will proc your Tri and then your next basic attack will apply the tri-force's additional damage and the E's knock up and additional damage. So now I'll tell you why you why this build might work. When you use your E, you are going to proc tri-force and make your next basic attack do your normal 100% of your total ad + the E's additional 100% of your total ad and the tri-force's additional 100% of your total ad totaling up to your E doing a crazy 300% of your total ad. And don't forget this is a 100% crit chance build and your E can crit so with your ie, your going to be dealing another 150% of your total ad to add up to 1 E dealing 450% of your total ad. And then we have your statikk, if it's stacked up fully, that 1 E will also deal another 100 magic damge. And don't forget that if you want to increase the damage of the E even more, there's always crit damage increase runes. So, in total, at full build, 1 E, will do 450(+ any crit damage from runes)% of your total ad and 100 magic damage from your statikk shiv. So willing to try out the build now?

So you are definitely asking why I don't build boots, I get the movement speed from the statikk shiv and phantom dancer so that I also get extra crit chance since I still don't have that much mobility, I get the yomumus which can give you more movement speed from its active. On top of that you have your w which gives you more movement speed which is almost of cooldown right after the full duration of the speed boost. If your enemies can still run away from you, you can grab them or knock them up and silence them while they are still near you so they can't use any escape abilities.

You're not jungling, u can't go mid unless your playing ap, and your not playing ad carry or support. So this build is for top lane as it is very late game and item dependent as you need the tri force and ie to do stuff also because you can't go any lane.
