Introduction

Note: this is NOT a troll build.

I have been using this build in normal queues for about 3 months, often to great success.

Runes

This rune page is, in my mind, probably the best for TF if you are wanting to survive when you gank lanes. The AD marks strongly buff the damage on Pick a Card on top of your basic attacks, and the armour/magic resist seals and glyphs add a good amount of survivability. The attack speed quints allow for a greater effect from lifesteal and mean that Stacked Deck stacks quicker. If you wanted pure damage, you could use ability power seals and glyphs, which would provide an incredibly high damage build, but the chances are you will die. A lot.

Masteries

These masteries emphasise the bonuses obtained from my runes, further increasing my attack damage and attack speed. Also, minor increases in armour, magic resist and movement speed make you just that little bit more survivable. Also, all masteries based around jungling have been taken, allowing me to clear the jungle faster and also make the most of my buffs.

Items

Fairly standard for an AD jungler. Wriggle's Lantern, along with Bloodthirster and Infinity Edge provides a good amount of AD and lifesteal, with bonus attack speed from Berserker's Greaves and Trinity Force.

Skill Sequence

In three words, Attack Damage build.
Pick a Card is the only one of TF's abilities that scales off AD, and it is also his primary ganking tool. Since levelling it increases Gold Card's stun, you must level it first. Level Stacked Deck next, as it goes on top of your basic attacks. Take a point in Wild Cards early, but leave it to 18. It's main purpose is for cheeky buff steals and potentially finishing a really low enemy.

Summoner Spells

Although TF has a brilliant escape tool in the form of Destiny, you want to be using it for ganking lanes. Thus, flash is a must-have. Smite is also needed a lot, since TF struggles taking out the buffs early game.

Summary

This setup is probably one of the strongest I have found for jungling TF, but please bear it in mind that there may be other builds for this purpose. I recommend that you check out a few other builds and use the one you prefer.
