Ad Malzahar is a bit of a meta break but fun none the less. He is perfectly capable of melting any tank and dominating top lane. He may be squishy at first but he is also someone who is able to lay down a lot of damage in a very short period of time. You want to focus on getting your cs but you also want to stay up close to the minions to keep pushing the enemy back while building up your ad items asap. ** Remember to ward ** I cannot stress that enough. 1v1 is no problem but when the enemy jungler or mid lane comes up there is low chance for survival because he has no escapes. That being said, try not to push too hard unless you know where the enemy is and/or you are getting a gank from your friendly champs. Be sure to always go into lane with a voidling ready to attack, this will make it easier to push a lane back and stay ahead of the curve
