With The 2% AD Plus from Atma you are ganna get a Significant boost to our AD, and with the AP your AOE will keep people from running to close to you and actually give you an advantage in the fight. Plus the Extra HP helps.

After Getting your first Warmog Armor, Sell your sheld to help get your 2ed one, at this point your very tanky so people don't expect the dmg all of a sudden.

Easy as pie, stand there and use your Burning to eat away at groups, pop masochism to help with the dmg at low lvl Cleaver when you feel like it.
