Introduction
Blade of the Ruined King
This item is the backbone of your sustain. Its on-hit damage will shred tanks and provide all the lifesteal you need. It's fairly expensive, so at most only build a vampiric scepter defensively until you at least have Teir 2 boots, an IE, and Rapidfire cannon.
Infinity Edge
Without the AD and crit modifier of this item, you may as well be called Zero Damage Twisted Fate. For optimal gold efficiency, build this after a zeal and boots.
Rapidfire Cannon
To use this item to maximum efficiency, store up its charges to give your next AA bonus range, and then pick your stun to easily catch out enemies from a safe range. This item is obviously great for sustain and crit, but its bonus range is what makes it impossible to counterplay you in 1v1 situations.
Lord Dom's
Basic ADC stuff, you get this late to shred tanks. Has great synergy with the on-hit physical damage of Blade of the Ruined King. Best late game item against high-priority tank threats.
Mortal Reminder
Basically a lord dom's that gives healing reduction to enemies. Great to build when you need more tank shred, but are also more threatend by high lifesteal ADCs, Maokai, Valdimir, and gunblade users. Rush an executioner's calling if you're laning against a Soraka and finish Motal Reminder in the late game.
Phantom Dancer
Great final crit item for 1v1 situations. Get this if you either have tanky threats or need a little more mobility.
Essence Reaver
Situational item. Get this if you're against squishier targets and don't need as much attack speed. You generally don't want to get this as an early crit item unless you REALLY want the CDR for more mid/ JG roams. If you get this, get a Bloodthirster instead of a Blade of the Ruined King so that you have greater burst against squishies with your W

Q
Absolute garbage. It's only strong on AP TF, but on AD, its mana cost makes it useful in only the most rare circumstances. Highly recommend not leveling it up until you have nothing else to level up. So use it to thwart spell the Banshee's Veil spell shield, I guess
W
It has a 100% AD scaling, which is kind of nice for this build, but remember that it still does all of its damage as magic damage, so NEVER build lethality and remember you won't have any magic pen. Otherwise, this is basically your bread-and-butter point and click stun. Get this first so that you can peel for yourself as it's the only good peel in your kit. Oh and you also have two other cards to use, but they'll only be in your way. Max this second for higher base damage. Trade and get kills by stunning and then right clicking. That's like 90% of why this build even exists, yet it's still pretty broken.
E
Max this first for the passive attack speed buff. At rank 5, you'll have 30% bonus attack speed, putting you at a significant advantage to most opponents. Your W will keep them in place, and this ability will take care of the rest of the right-click-to-win that makes this build so hard to play against. You do also deal some magic damage every 4th auto, but with no AP items and low base damage, this really won't make much of a difference(this won't change just because you build a rageblade either.
R
Gives true vision of all enemy champions and has a long range channeled teleport. This is the hardest ability to use effectively in your kit. Use caution when ganking mid, especially if they don't have certain abilities on cooldown. You can also proc this against invisible (yes, not JUST camouflage)targets to reveal their position. I would recommend having your stun ready before ulting to catch targets off guard.

AD TF is a late game hypercarry 1v1 roaming murder machine when played right. You're likely to get flamed just for picking this even in norms, or at least have your pick brought up in chat, so only play if you have a thick skin. Your targeted, low-cd stun will give enemies AIDS, especially after you have rapidfire cannon, be it lane or in team fights. This is a very fun build to play, but it requires good kiting skills and game sense if you wish to win with it. Don't use this in ranked, and have fun!
