So actually a lot of people call me noob for using that build. And at the and everyone is like ,,Adc tf op!". So i think you should try it :P. The core of the build is Hurricane and attack speed. With this you hit more often with your Stacked Deck. Actually if you're fighting with 3 targets you're attacking with Stacked Deck every second hit. Becouse Huriccane gives you stacks. So if you have massive attack speeds and fight with 3 targets you're killing everything fast as hell. I kill basically everyone befor stun from Pick A Card is off. Farming with Twisted Fate is really important. Becouse of it I'm winning almost every match. If i can't kill at beginning i start farming and it gives a lot of gold. So after a while you have more items then everyone. My avarege minions at the and is 250/350.
