They offered her a chance to attain her humanity without further harm through service in the League of Legends.

That build give you around 800 AP and 2600 HP, and around 1500 Mana, you don't really need to buy Hextech Gunblade, Because if you HIT the target E.G Akali, Darius, Zed, Evelynn E,W,Q they are almost dead, now you need to use you ULTI and that's over but that's just in the beginig of the game later if you are stronger and you want to kill somebody u can pirst press your Ulti (R) then E,W,R,Q,R (Another Combo for later).

That Masteries give you 21 AP on 1 level with Doran's Ring you will get 41+4AP per level. Mana Regeneration +3 per 5 Second, and other things. (Look Closer for Masteries).

That Kind of Runes give you almost full AP what is very important for Ahri in begining of Round like for every AP Champion, you will get 4AP per level. and give u little Magic Penetration.

I put Abilities in this order because if you want kill somebody you need to use Q,E,W,R =Combo.
