this is how i play Akali, its either beefy beef cake hunter to take out all carries, tanks, or hell the whole team one by one, or sit back and let **** roll, since you'll finally be tanky enough to do anything you want.

Attack speed and AP, you'll see why nothing else is better for her. no matter what you think. and with this ratio you get the best of both

Masteries: i actually changed the masteries around, although the defensive masteries were great, they lacked in true damage or attackspeed/AD, so this is the best masteries i've found

you can either mid, lane, or jungle with this build, thats why i love it so much, but the whole point is to really gank.

to start off grab Dorans blad right off the bat no matter what, with ap in the runes, you first passive is already active, but getting the Dorans Blade, seriously, no joke best starter item ever for akali. it gives you lifesteal, hp, ad, and activates your passive giving you some spellvamp.

next stay out as long as you can both farming and harrasing with your mark of the assassin. just try to stay out long enough for you to go back and get sorcerer boots. (sorcerer boots cause magic pen is your best friend. it makes your ult and your mark hit harder, no brainer.) as soon as have the Spirit Visage, you're survivability is basically set in stone, and you can stop worrying if you're gonna die. lol

and basically as soon as you get your ult... its time to disappear like the shadows

Thanks to Akali's great ulti, you can gank anyone you want, and they hardly ever get away. as soon as you get your ult, disapear into the shadows of the jungle, you'll want to grab red buff, or if you'r a good Akali, Red, and Blue. blue DOES give energy, and reduces your CD to basically its max, good **** right? and red for the slow.

The next item you want to start working on would the Scepter. Everything you want and more.

although people think Gunblade should be on an Akali by this point, i dont agree. with the slight lifesteal from the DB and the spell vamp off her pasive, and them getting buffed by the Visage you dont need to get the gunblade till last to replace the DB.

Did i mention that you should never give a **** if your gonna ks with Akali? well you shouldn't.

seriously, you'll end up carrying the team by this point if you dont care, and sometimes aim for it.

by end you should have the Frozen mallet and the Scepter, hell most of the time i get both while the game is still in mid game.

but either way you should have quit the bit of hp, now to put it to use.

ATMAS.

all though the crit isnt too usefull, the 2% health into AD is. let alone its more armor for you to dance around *****es with.

then once you have enough replace DB with the Cutlas that will be turned into the Gunblade, and you will not be able to be ****ed with.

Flash and Ignite are the best choices in my opinion, you can ult to them then flash out. and if you need a little bit of an edge with ANYTHING from a 1v1 to baron, you got ignite. other good choices are tele, or.... nah everything else really becomes useless, unless your jungling then i guess you could Smite if you wanted.

R-Q-E-R-Q-E-R and if you start losing W. simple as that.
her ult does a ton of damage late game, and thanks to the ap your Q and your R hit HARD. the AD you get goes to the second hit of you Q and into your E. hence why mix is better then pure AP. more effective ****.

Off-tank Akali is best Akali.
