Since he got good resistance(damage reduction) from his ult.
Randuin's Omen is way better than Thornmail for a item that counters adc.
Took Heal.
Took MagRes Quint.
Took HP Marks.
Took HP Seals (could have been OK, but not with the rest of the rune-set).
Starts with only one Sight Ward.
Took Thornmail.
Took Warmog's Armor.
Incorrect Masteries.
And that's just the cheat-sheet...
Pros and Cons are arguable at best.
Pros:
- Alistar has only moderate Armor and has the same magic resist (at level 1 and 18) as ~50+ other champions. It is not 'high' by any means. And therefore:
- Resist poke damage is also wrong. Alistar is not the best of sustain lanes, since his heal is so ****.
So that's basically all your pros but one on Alistar's gameplay wrong. If you're thinking about his ultimate, then that has a 120-80s CD (without CDR) and requires mana to use and it only lasts 7 seconds. You fail to mention so many things about Alistar and the things you DO mention are wrong.
Cons:
- ' Triumphant Roar is only effective on you'. Wrong. It's immensely useful for pushing towers and throwing off last-hits. If you're able to sustain your mana, then it's also a mediocre sustain for your ally.
- 'Will get shouted at by team, blah blah'. This is true of any champion and therefore not a disadvantage of playing Alistar in particular.
Your cons miss out many things too, like how he can be extremely mana reliant, how he can push lanes too far with his heal, how he has virtually no escapes and some others.
Gonna skip the next few sections. I cba to look through them. I could guess your item build section isn't the best judging from your cheat-sheet, though.
Warding section is poor. You miss out locations to ward, your Baron/Drake ward is poor if you're warding via river. River bush ward is arguably sub-optimal (you CAN put it there, but further towards the drake is better, since it covers 2 jungle entrances and the area near the Drake pit, plus you get an even more advanced warning).
Your video on what happens at the end of your build is just silly. Practically all champions are like that when fully built. At full build, no one gives two ***** about towers or Baron. I've used at least 3 champions to solo baron before.
I think you should get to level 30, win over 200-300 PVP games (you're not even past 100 yet) before you write a guide.
