Introduction
For the new Kayle, i use:
Greater Mark of Manamagic penetration marks,
Greater Seal of Replenishmentmana regeneration seals to help keep your mana up for spamming,
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reductioncooldown reduction glyphs to allow you to spam E,
Greater Quintessence of Attack Speedand finaly flat atack speed quintessences to give you a little initial edge.

Boots of Swiftness: These combine with Kayle's W to give her an excelent movement, allowing her to cross the map pretty easly and to chase enemies or run from them.
Malady: With an on hit efect of lowering enemies magic resist and adding additional magic damage, this is the first item ul get for your early/mid game. It gives you an initial edge and later combined with black cleaver and your brand new passive skill, it will shred your enemies defenses and aid your carry greatly.
Nashor's Tooth: Besides the AP and additional attack speed, it also grants you with a cooldown reduction that, combined with you glyphs, will allow you to have E at all the times. A must have.
Black Cleaver: As I said before, this item combines with Malady and your passive skill. Besides that, it gives you a great attack damage and a good attack speed.
Hextech Gunblade: It gives you everything you need! Plain simple. Attack damage, AP, and a neat lifesteal and spell vamp that combine with your E nicely. Besides that, it has an active that can act like a second Q for you.
The last slot can actually be filled with any of the following items:
Guardian Angel: If your being heavly focused or getting hit by, lets say a nasty Malzahar, this is the item for you. And altough it has purely defensive goals, the second life is a good bonus for you.
Madred's Bloodrazor: This item's effect makes it a good choice against a tanky team, or if your team can't get passed their tank's defenses.
Void Staff: I dont usually get this one, but it's a good choice if their team's building heavy magic resist. Either way, this item will boost your nuking.
Frozen Mallet: Get this if you still want defensive power, but dont want to buy Guardian Angel. Besides a good health and small attack damage bonus, it will slow down your targets with your atacks. A good choice.
Kayle's combo starts off with Reckoning. With the new patch, they increased its slow but decreased greatly its damage bonus. Anyways, it will mark your target and prepare it for your atacks. After your target is hit, charge him with Righteous Fury. This skill has been greatly increased by the newly released patch, not only the area it nukes, but also it's overhaul damage and mana cost, allowing you to spam it freely. Repeat this process untill all targets are down.
*NOTE: speak with your carry so that you and him would focus the same targets because your armor reduction on hit is a great bonus combined with your carry's offensive power.
Her Divine Blessing should be used has a preemptive healing skill, or to aid allies chase enemies or to run from them.
Her ultimate, Intervention, remained unchanged with the current patch. Maxed, it makes your allie target completly invulnerable to damage for 3 seconds. Use this one, with good timing, on focused allies either your carry or any other mage char. This skill is a true life saver, you can use it to dive in towers, or to save running allies since it has a very low cooldown.

Recommended
Ignite: My favourite. It gives you a good offensive power that will help you a lot in any offensive situation. For me a must have.
Ghost : This spell combines with your Boots of Swiftness and W to give her an amazing speed, rarely being outrunned.
Flash: An alternative to Ignite. If you dont feel like you need the extra offensive power, this is a great choice. The ability to run trough walls combined with her amazing speed, will turn her into a great chaser / runner.
