Hey guys this is my first guide hope you enjoy its on Meta tanking Amumu

Its just some ap added with some tanking almost like a Mordekaiser build but with Amumu.

Summoner Spells

Well I prefer using Teleport and Flash but there are a few other spells that work very well
Teleport: Useful for map navigation, farming ganking and but you shouldn't always waste it when you have it its close enough you can walk you should walk if you can.
Flash: Flash is just a quick way to escape or a good way to help you drop that ultimate down on your enemies. I also use it to run if I'm getting ganked so make sure you use it wisely cause you always have your q if to grab on to someone.
Other Spells
I would also use ghost if you don't like using flash but other than that its pretty much just for chasing and it's harder to escape because it doesn't instantly get you out you must run it out.

Pros / Cons

Amumu is hard to take down even though he does have ap items.
Amumu has a ton of damage output
Amumu just doesn't get assist he also gets some kills
You might die faster cause you don't have as tanky items as full on tanks would
You might ks your whole team and you could fail because your team won't get any kills.
You will have less hp than full tanks would

I start with a Sapphire Crystal because it allows me to use many spells and I can spam a little more than a normal tank item (dorans shield etc.) Then I get merc treads for the less cc time on me just in case you go up against some cc addict. Then Frozen heart to make some use of that sapphire crystal and get you some cooldown. Then I get rylais for the health and the slow that it gives but if you don't want rylai I would suggest a Rod Of Ages for some mana and some ap too there kinda the same one just doesnt give mana and the other does. The next item is Force a Nature which gives magic resist and some speed to catch up with your team. Then I get a zhonya's which gives you armor and gives plenty AP. Lastly I get a Abyssal's Staff it gives a good amount of Magic Resist and a fair amount of AP too which will help you with your dammage output.

I suggested the Quints of Resilience because it gives a ton of Armor to keep you up to speed with those ad carries. Then the Health seals gives a good amount of Health to sustain you early game since you will have a Sapphire Crystal instead of a Dorans item. For the glphys it gives a good amount of Magic Resist since in game you'll get a bunch of Magic resist anyways so just a little extra for some Ap champ. Lastly Marks which give you more mana which will help you late and early game to spam those OP spells on your enemies.

Skill Sequence

First Skill you want to max out is Bandage toss because it helps early and get First Blood because if your partner is there you can stun them and it also helps gank.
Second Skill is Tantrum it helps you last hit a wide spread range of minons and gain even more gold
Last Skill Is Despair despair is a good crowd control but I personally don't max it out second because It doesn't do as much damage to champions than Tantrum and it doesn't stun like Bandage
(This is Not Including ult)
But when in fights use this
Q-R(if its team fight)-E-W-Q-E until they get away or they die
Q-W-R-E-Q-E-Q-E and so on.
