rofl this guy baren911 goes to every galio build and says it sucks then derates it and tells you to rate his build, what a douche!

Perso, i always get Guardian angel right after the boots. Guardian angel is a game changer early game, and once you get someone in your ultimate, its realy hard to not land it, and even if someone interrupt it, they will still take heavy damage...

I dont feel like repeating the same things i repeated on the last 3 Galio builds. Check out my build, you might find something interesting.

Teleport is useful, but i don't use it often... tend to forget i have it. I tried flash a few games and it proved to be pretty useful.

Played my last game with nunu, both our ults combined was devastating.

This is pretty close to the build I use. However, I do have one suggestion. For my summoner abilities I use teleport/flash. Flash is great for several reasons. First, if you're getting ganked, it gives you that extra length to drop a resolute smite behind you and lay down a gust in front of you. For team fight purposes, I've already found that people are staying spread out in order to avoid getting pulled into my ultimate. In that case, I'll stay in back, wait for them to congregate, then flash in and pop it. Works especially well if theyre pushing a tower, it keeps them in range of the tower when I drop my ult and the tower usually gets a couple shots off after the ult when combo'd with my post-ult resolute smite. Just a thought.

@ Malqui

Thanks, I should of clarified in my guide that chalice, mecury and banshees are there so you would know they are core items, not that you need to get them in that order.

@ Spook

Thanks for the feedback!

I just tried a few games with the basis of this build, and my god. I raped bunny faces.

One thing I would really recommend (And one thing that people REALLY overlook) is getting Aegis third. Not Banshee's. Aegis is cheap, and quick, and usually lets you tank earlier than Aegis. It turns squishy Gal, into Tanky Gal. This is good at early/mid game, because this is the time you need to be tanking, instead of waiting for Banshee's.

Ofcourse, if there are loads of CC's going around, it might be best to go for it first. But whatever build, get it. 40 Armor, 39 Magic resist and 200 hp is nothing small. That's a good amount of mitigation, HP, and AP.
