Take out barrier, heal, and exhaust. Cleanse and ignite are the only 2 reliable summoner spells that you should teach your ADC to have. -2

Champion abilities: shorten them ALOT and take out the spoilers. Explain when to use/not to use ability X. -2

Masteries: This is bad. Havoc is bad - yes, but Butcher is total **** unless people suck at farming haha. With AD runes, farming should not be a problem for your readers.

Also, Frenzy is an amazing mastery. With a 50% crit change (I.E. + S.S.) it sohuld always be up for extended fights. That one mastery point actually does a lot!
Aksim just get 9 defense. Armor + Health and improved cleanse help ez trade so well early game, and really let him abuse his innate tankiness. -4

Items: First recall - NEVER get boots ever. Extra AD helps so much more. Pros like Destiny and Chaox will agree with me on this one -2

Crystalline Flask should be in there. This item helps your sustain in lane SO much. It pays for itself after something like 8 uses, which makes it last well into the midgame. -1

Stacking doran's blade sucks unless you're uber behind in your lane, and even then its questionable. -1

Trinity Force does not replace Infinity Edge. With the exception of possibly draven, all ADCs do damage from critting on autoattacks. Infinity edge synergizes well with stattik shiv, and also gives nice damage. -1

Separate Viable offnesive items from recommended offensive items. Muramana, TBC, BotRK, are all situational items.

Delete the why you take stattik shiv section. Your ADCs will realize why when they use your guide.

Supports section: Consider sorting by synergy, rather than by name

Alistar is an okay synergy imo. I think you bashed him too hard. His off-combat sustain is actually quite good. His tankiness will allow for post-6 tower dives, his W+Q combo deals significant damage, is unavoidable, and allows for ganks to be set-up well. -1

Blitzcrank is a good synergy. He offers no sustain, yes. But he gives good damage, can peel for days, and is tanky/draws CC. -1

Janna isn't the best support. Her disengage is unreliable, and if she gets caught, she's dead because she's so squishy.

Karma -> Nope.

Leona: List her as good synergy. She does so much damge, she's a good support with your superior mobility. Her passive is your burst. She can lock down a target long enough to ensure that you win a trade or get a kill quite frequently. She's an excellent kill-lane support.

Taric - Ezreal is one of the most commonly played Duo lanes. It's more than just "Above average"

Midgame: No emphasis on when to splitpush. Splitpushing is one of the most important factors in deciding a game. It should be done by the team that is losing, in hopes that it will prevent the winning team from securing objectives without losing a ton of towers and/or their offensive pressure. -3

You mig/ht want to add more pictures to your guide. I found it a lot to read through when grading your guide.
Also, i'm not exactly sure what your guide brings to the table that other ezreal guides haven't already discussed. You might want to talk more about your late-game team fighting and talk a little bit more about positioning, since its a really important element to playing ezreal. Doing this will give your guide some uniqueness and an edge over other guides.
