"if you have so much mana regen, how about letting your ultimate sit in teamfights :P"

That something i was trying to get at in the guide :) I just never directly refered to it. I need to make a combos section....Anyway, with all the mana regen, mana, and the 25% cooldown, you can pretty much hold up your ult as long as you wish, while still spaming Q/W/E Combos. Its fun ^_^. I'm going to go for a few more rounds with Anivia today and post a comobos section.

Seems just about right, a combo you can do with Anivia, as im a avid anivia player is do your E first, then do your ultimate. Because of the travel time of frostbite, your ultimate can proc the slow fist then will still hit the person. Also frostbite has longer range than your ultimate.

Hmm if you have so much mana regen, how about letting your ultimate sit in teamfights :P to do major dps and then when the whole enemy team is in your ult or near it you cut it in half with your icewall to seperate them :).
