shes a burst caster, delaying deathcap to 3rd item means you miss the mid-game where AP is at its strongest.
I don't agree with not having disintigrate at lvl 1,as the mana gets repaid on a killing hit... I almost never miss a killing hit.
If you're unlucky and the enemy has flash/a counterstun / w/e they'll escape,and your incinerate wouldn't kill..
this is the guide and build I like...no stupid breakthrough ideas like "tank annie","annie with imba Attack speed and damage cause of her range",....

(though I do get archangel's instead of rylai's,you don't need those hp that much imo,should stay safe behind the tank and melee guys anyway)
Idea of annie as a tank is cos her skills dosent stack up nice with AP* 0,6 - 0,6 - 0,2 + for good ulti . actually when building annie she doesent get alot more dmg from only stacking ap. thats why i reccomend more MP and Rylai's give you slow that will be really good when using ulti in teamfights and chasing enimies ;3 .. so try it .
