It's a detailed article on what he used during World Championships.
I'm pretty sure he now runs AD Quints instead for the AA harass and switched to a 21/9/0 mastery set, but otherwise, the article seems accurate.
Okay thx for that, I will try to add that 21/9/0 masteries to my guide and try it myself on my
Erm....could you give me the link of he explained how to play/build her, cause I didn't watch tabe to create the build, i watch others in spectate then I start trying myself to play

Annie is an underrated AP Support.
She really isn't. At least, not any more.
Everyone can post **** and some people around here have no clue what they're talking about, but give feedback nonetheless, which can end up in you following up on bad advice.
In all respect, but someone like Ragnar Fox makes a couple of valid points, but some of the things said are complete bullocks.
Tabe from Royal Club is the pioneer of

Hey there, EdisonKhoo. I think you made a valid effort on writting down a guide. I see that you've recieved tons of feedback and the itemization looks pretty decent already. Sadly, it seems like you've been downvoted a lot (though I must admit that most have a point).
I think you're still a bit unexperienced in the role of supporting, so you should play a lot more
I can link you a very good videoguide to learn the basic aspects of the game. I'm checking it often.

@ OP:
Always keep in mind who you are talking to. Mobafire is just like wikipedia, everyone can post **** and you don't really know what is reliable and what not. I would always take some comments (especially those from lower rated people) with a grain of salt.
O.o????
Annie isn't a normal support. This guide is fine, it's just Glee just posted a guide on support Annie with the exact same build practically so I don't think it was the right time to post the build. The runes and masteries are how annie support is supposed to be played (well, 21/9/0 in my opinion). Don't get discouraged EdisonKhoo, it's just I don't think it was the right time to post this and honestly since Glee's guide is so good I'd just ditch this project, maybe find another support and make a build on them? :) Good luck in the future.
Thank you SqukySwag ^^
