Spells:
Ghost
Exhaust
Ability Order
Rising Spell Force (PASSIVE)
Ezreal Passive Ability
Early game:
I choose to max Mystic Shot first because the 1 second CDR (CoolDown Reduction) when it hits an enemy is amazingly useful. Essence Flux/Arcane Shift are good to max first, but I choose to max Q first. Another reason is that it does Great Damage on AP Builds as well as AD Builds. Next is Essence Flux. Again, you can choose Arcane Shift or Mystic Shot and second maxed but the damage from Essence Flux can be useful after using your ultimate in teamfights and the attack speed buff is amazing in teamfights too. Next is Arcane Shift. It doesn't do too much damage, but the positioning with it is needed for Mystic Shot and Essence Flux.
DONT JUNGLE AS EZREAl!
Only start killing jungle creeps once you enter ganking phase/ mid game if you have a jungler. Otherwise, run up to either wolves or wraiths and take them down. This can easily give you a giant gold advantage later on.
Try to gather your team for dragon as soon as possible. Dragon is a very important objective and low elo players dont usually go for Dragon, but its worth it. Its the same with Baron Nashor, except you rush for baron if your losing or the enemies and pushing (Preferably middle lane, because you can intercept if they run through the river to go recall etc.
