Malzahar jungle is probably a troll but it's a good troll. You can clean easy the jungle and your gank have 80% to offer kill at your mate. I start with W for the dps and you can stack the passive in the base for your pet tank the first buff at your place. The E is your spell for clean the jungle with the W and the A is your spell for gank. Of course the best it's your ult for to be sure to kill but you can gank under lvl6.

The AD item jungle is for the dot and your pet. And the passive of this item + your speel E and Liandry are very very good for clean or kill the ennemies. You can buy a chaliice if your early is bad but i think the mana regen with the AD item jungle is sufficient.

You can play Malzahar jungle if you have an AD mid like Yasuo or Zed. And a tank in top.
