Commentary

Well first of all i decided to make this build (btw im just lvl 23) and its the build that i use, and i can tell u guys that it really works and ur gonna kick ***.

Pros: (with this build):
- Its gonna be really hard for ur enemies to gank you
- Insane early game damage, if played correctly with Ashe's passive skill
- Good farming
- Gonna get a lot of kills =)

Cons:
- First target in team fights
- If ur caught by enemies stun's, slows, etc... ur gonna be in trouble
- Requieres experience and a lot of patience in order to attack (dont rush into teamfights UR NOT A TANK!! D:)
- A bad farming its gonna be a pain in the... for u
- Try to always grab the mid lane, either way is gonna be a little difficult for you farming and early game.

Edit

Well thx to u guys i have managed to make some arrangements to this build.

Depending on what kinda of game ur playind (if ur enemies have lots of tanks or some1 with more than 100 armor, like Rammus) u should consider on buying a Last Whisper.

Either way just go for the phantom dancer (still after u get ur black cleaver, infinity edge and starks fervor).

Finally i would like to explain that this build is based on rushing for AD AD AD AD AD!!.
I know ur gonna get attack speed from ur items anyway but thats not the idea... what im trying to say is that u should go for attack speed when u have ur AD items ready =)

Summoner Spells

Just go for Ghost and Flash because thats the only thing ur gonna need. This is the basic squishy spells for Ashe, also it will help u to chase ur enemies. Both are excellent spells.

Other Spells that works fine are Ignite and Clarity but it is really up to ur gameplay, but i still prefer the combo of Ghost + Flash.

Optional ones

Also great spells that will always be helpful, but combining them with ghost or flash wont make u squishy as u may want.
I deciced to add this spells, because they are really helpful on 1v1 fights and also on getting ur first blood... again it just depends on ur gameplay =)

Skills

Focus

While out of combat, Ashe's critical strike chance increases by 3/6/9/12/15/18% every 3 seconds, removed after next attack. Focus will now display a buff showing how much extra crit chance Ashe has.

Such an important skill, well this is ur passive that will even grant u a 100% critical chance strike, plus runes that i will describe below ur gonna do same nasty dmg. Try to save it to hit ur enemies.

Frost Shot

Toggle: Ashe's basic attacks slow her target's movement speed by 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for 2 seconds.

This is why u dont need attack speed playing Ashe, i mean Frost Shot can totally allow you to attack ur enemies while they run away, and also helps ur teammates to get some kills. Combined whit volley is a non escape combo.

Volley

Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone dealing attack damage + 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80. Volley also applies Frost Shot.

SPAM SPAM SPAM, lol. This is ur main skill, Volley also applies more dmg based on ur attack, all ur gonna need is just attack damage, use it before and after ur ultimate and thats it.
You can even use it to escape, throw volley behind you and keep on running, if ur enemies are catching just ghost or flash to escape, help ur teammates while escaping too.
If ur pushing turrets volley can really make ur enemies angry, and u will see how they walk away from their turret range and thats ur chance to slay em =).

Hawkshot

Passive: Ashe gains 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 extra gold whenever she kills any unit.

Active: Ashe animates a Hawk to scout for her, revealing terrain as it flies toward target location.

This a great skill that u should have around lvl 4 or 2, it will give you some additional gold, great skill for farming and also to avoid ganks.
A GOOD USE FOR HAWKSHOT: use it on baron every time u can, if ur enemies are attacking go!! and steal it, always before pushing a turret check woods... is a great skill use it wisely cause of its cooldown!!

Enchanted Crystal Arrow

Fires a large arrow in a straight line. If it hits an enemy champion, it will stun that champion for up to 3.5 seconds, based on the distance the arrow traveled, and deal 250 / 425 / 600 (+100% of ability power) magic damage. Additionally, surrounding units take half the damage and are slowed.

Such a devastating skill, if u use ur enchant crystal arrow wisely, ur team can take out that annoying tank, or that annoying ranged bastard. Use it to chase or to start team fights, also can be used in order to do some turret diving, if ur team is pushing a turret with two enemies defending... stun one of them and go get that turret.
If ur in lane fight, try to always be checking ur mana, if u wanna get a kill.. save at least 210 mana in order to use ur volley, ur enchant crystal arrow and chase him with frost shot (if u have enough mana).
Its cooldown is really fast even without runes so try to always save 150 mana its really frustrating when u dont have enough mana, so thats why u should always be trying to get the golem buff =).

Runes & Masteries

Probably u must be thinking WTF did he do??!! with runes

Well here i would to explain by detail:

I have chosen critical damage and not the common Mana regen seal's and cooldown reduction glyph's. The mana regen problem... just replace it by gaining the blue golem buff that also grants u cooldown reduction (or mana pots are always a good choice). Finally the fact that ur not gonna need the cooldown reduction runes because ur only going spam volley (really fast cooldown) and ur enchanted arrow (also one of the ultimates with the fastest cooldown); plus the golem buff pff who need that 5.8% cooldown reduction??, instead try critical dmg runes.

Greater Quintessence of DesolationGreater Mark of Desolation

The regular armor penetration runes, but here's an explanation because most ppl dont know why they are buying this runes.
Basically u can take out 25 armor of ur opponents and thats the amount of armor that a minion have, and most assasing and melee champs have around 33 - 40 armor, so with this runes u can truly do some nasty damage and get the first blood, combined with ur critical strike and ur frost shot its like... omfg !!.... i remembered playing against an annie and i took half of her hp with just 2 hits so it truly works!!.

I play the common 21 / 0 / 9 on masteries, and i try to grab in the utility the ghost mastery and the rest just go for the mana regen.... also grab the 15% magic penetration because Enchant Crystal Arrow is damage based on ability power =)

Purchase order

This is the main reason for me to create this build...

Most Ashe's goes for an attack speed build, i tried the attack speed build and i honestly didnt liked it because even when ur gonna hit really fast, ur damage is gonna suck unless ur really fed, ur just gonna assist once in a while (i mean its more fun when ur the one that kills :D).

Here's a description of ur purchase order, and why i chose those items.

Start with a Doran's Blade, i have tried almost every item in order to start (health pots, boots, etc) and the Doran's Blade is the only item that will allow u to stay in the lane until u can have 1650 gold or more, it also provides u some lifesteal bonues and 100 health more thats really nice because Ashe dont have much hp.

Here is an important part: if u have 1650 gold buy B. F. Sword, else just buy the Boot's of Swiftness.
Why? easy because 45 more dmg is gonna own in ur lane (if still on lane game) and will help u to gank with ur teammates, such a great item. Also just buy the boots of swiftness, because with this build ur just gonna be able to have 390 movement speed (remember we are not using a phantom dancer!!)

NOW THE PART WHERE EVERYONE IS GONNA YELL AT ME.... NEXT BUY THE BLACK CLEAVER!!
Why? This item for me is the ultimate item for Ashe, i mean u hit ur enemy three times (with frost shot active) and u will take out of him 45 armor, plus ur dmg ur gonna kill anything in about 6 or 7 hits. Its a great item and it will give u everything u need (attack damage, armor penetration, attack speed). Btw its also great for killing minions and gaining buffs =).

Emblem of Valour

Next just rush for ur infinity edge, well at this rate u should be owning ur enemies... i mean the combination of the critical damage runes plus the effect of ur infinity edge... speaks by itself. I forgot when trying to buy ur infinity edge, try to always get first the B. F Sword for more attack damage (its up to you the other two items, but im more than sure that if u bought the B. F sword ur gonna have the rest of the money soon).

* This is a players choice, u can rush for ur infinity edge, or buy an emblem of valor (for lifesteal and hp regen) and then go for ur infinity edge.... * I suggest go straight for the infinity edge, cause if u know how to run and use volley to escape ur hp wont come down.
Again it depends on ur gameplay =)

Move on to ur Stark's Fervor, at this rate i almost end all games cause of my high dmg and combined with my lifesteal i can easy kill anyone on 1v1 and be able to survive and help my teammates (u can regain life by killing minions, its really important when ur pushing turrets and defending). With ur Stark's Fervor u can do solo dragon for more gold.

Ur next item.. if ur still on game this means that they must have a really good tank or something like that, so thats why the 40% armor penetration with ur runes and ur stacks from the black cleaver should be enough to take him out.
If ur enemies dont have a tank with more than 100 armor its useless to buy the Last Whisper (*edit part*) so u should go for a phantom dancer for more movement and critical strike =)

At this rate of the game.. just sell ur dorans blade and go for ur bloodthirster, more lifesteal and more damage... ur gonna kill ur squishy enemies in about 5 seconds while not wasting hp.

First blood issue

Well i have managed to get lots of first blood kills by following this strategy:

With my critical damage runes, armor penetration plus the Doran's Blade u will have a good amount of dmg for lvl 1.
Here's the deal, as i mention before always try to grab mid lane, for when ur minions comes u should have already stacked the 100% critical strike chance on Ashe, so just go against ur enemy with a simple attack, then use ur volley skill and follow him with ur flash and ghost.. that should be enough.

* Anyway if u really want to rush for ur first blood i recommend using Ignite for bonus dmg *

Gameplay (mid lane)

I decided to add a little topic of champions that can be hard to deal with just on 1vs1, because in team fights its all about timing and being patience.

This is the 3 champs that gives me a lot of trouble. When facing Brand be careful of his stun and harrass him with volley and save ur mana for lvl 6 and then u can face him, without ulti is really hard. Next just be careful of Ryze supress, remember that Ryze is one of the strongest 1v1 champs. Finally be careful also of Lux supress and be aware of recalling if ur on low hp =).

Be careful of Ashe when she is lvl 6 and tell ur teammates (same for ezreal, twisted fate)

Well when facing the rat u just have to be sure to be away from your minions (if he use a lifesteal build with his ulti his almost invencible, he gains a lot of hp from ur minions), but if u see that Twitch uses an attack speed build... and he starts attacking you DONT RUN AWAY face him im more than sure ur gonna kill him (why? because twitch is also a low hp champ, and ur gonna hit way more than him on the beggining of the game)

This is a hard one, try to harrass vladi with volley and if be far from him so Transfussion cant get you, if u see him use Transfussion on a minion ... its ur time to push!!. Be aware of his ulti and remember he can get away from ganks with sanguine pool so be sure to stun him with ur ulti!!!, not a hard enemy if u play focus =)

Well im just adding Vayne because she is new and stuff and everybody bought a Vayne xDDD. But its not so hard to deal with.. same strategy if she rolls forward to hit you.. well hit her back. Vayne is also attack speed based so be confident on ur dmg and ur skills, same strategy wait for ur stun and thats it =)

Facing tanks

I decided to create this special part because tanks can be really troublesome, and most pple rushes to kill em, but first u must take out assasins, ranged champs and AoE's champs.
When ur facing a tank try to always wait for ur teammates and use a lot of status change skills, like stun, poison, slow, silence, etc.

When facing tanks be sure to see if they have a thornmail especially when ur fighting against a Rammus . It can deal a lot of damage to you =/, always click on ur enemies and check their equips!!.

If ur fighting against a Mordekaiser be careful with ur hp, his ulti can kill u and give a hard time for ur teammates.

If ur fighting against Singed... just be sure of where ur walking

The rest is just basically the same, wait for your teammates and ur mission here is to survive and take out the enemies assasins and magues =)

Final commentary

- Always grab mid lane!!!
- When ur in ur lane, always try to use Ashe's passive to 100% critical strike ur enemy champion.
- Always spam volley
- Be sure to save 150 mana for ur ulti, every time u can
- Dont rush into team fights, let ur ppl go and u just have to launch ur ulti, spam volley and take out the rest of the team
- Just remeber to always kill first, an Ashe, a vayne, a twitch, a teemo, or any squishy enemy.

Finally i dont rush for an attack speed build, because most of Ashe's skills grants u slow, so at least to me its practically the same, and instead of a phantom dancer (or any attack speed item) u can grab even more damage, and buy ur attack speed items later on the game.
