The runes are terrible, most disorganized cheatsheet evar (Seriously, just look at any other guide and you'll know what I mean), skilling is incorrect, Walls of Text, zero code, etc.

I would have loved to seen some more colours and images. I mean, plain text isn't very inviting to read. I'm going to hold my vote, and when it gets updated, I will make my mind up if it's good or not. :)

I will try to explain why your guide needs some work and be a little nicer then my friend Laggermeister here, but you only have 7 Rune seals something that should be fixed, but maxing your Hawkshot first is not viable at all! and is a down vote for me. -1 Leveling Hawkshot doesn't decrees it's cool down. and it's the supports job to have map awareness not the ADC you should be killing not scouting. You will make a lot more gold if you can kill minions with your Volley then the extra 1 gold per level any day with Hawkshot trust me :P
