Ashe is my favourite champion. She exceeds in late game domination, and supports with her Ultimate. Ashe is most likely the most under-rated champion on the game, in my opinion.
No-one really fears her.

But when skilled, and using this build, she can realy wreck some serious torment.

For Runes, i take Flat Armor Penetration Marks + Quints. I also Take Flat Attack Speed Glyphs and Seals.
These are in my opinion the most vital statistics for Ashe.

For Masteries i take 21/0/9.
This allows me to get damage/attack speed/armor pen/AD whilst still getting some little benefits from the Utility Tree, such as 'Greed'

For items, i start with Boots + Health Potions.
i try and get enough for my Berserkers Greaves+ my Long Sword, so i can start going for my first Last Whisper

After that i finish Last Whisper and Go For Getting a Phantom Dancer
Then i go for a Blood Thirster, Infinity Edge, and Another BloodThirster
After that i sell my boots and get another item, Such as another Phantom Dancer, Black Cleaver or Stark's Fervor
My final Item Build is

Last Whisper
This gives me a nice sum of Damage, Attack Speed and Armor Penetration

Personally, I take Flash and Exhaust. Flash is always one of my two, and exhaust helps to secure the kill, kill towerdivers, escape from someone, and save a teammates life.

Other Spells you can take are, Teleport, Ignite, or Ghost, but Flash & Exhaust are the best for me.

Pros-
Great harraser
Amazing Ultimate when used Correctly
A CV alernative. (Good for scouting for Junglers/Baron/Dragon etc)
Slows
High AD+AS
Great in teamfights
Cone Skillshot Slow.

Cons-
Squishy
Relys on autoattacks and volleys.
Not Mana Efficient at the start
Easily Gankable.
Hard Ulti Skillshot.

Using Ashe, you should always Play defensively. Aggresive play will just get you killed.
Never initiate in teamfights, and always keep your distance.

When using your Arrow, use it to either Stun someone for a nuke, Help yourself or an ally escape. or Help a teammate secure a kill across the map. Its a very usful ultimate and is such a great piece of support. NOTE: this ultimate is not mainly used for damage, more for support.

Always use Hawkshot to scout for jungler and you wont need Sight wards as often.

Never use Frost shot on minions, only on champions.
