Introduction
She has a nice range and her volley is great for damaging multiple minions at once when they are pressing on one of your allied towers. after this build is complete her attack speed and critical strike are amazing and she will deal a nice amount of damage per hit.
BEWARE! She is a bit squishy especially when facing a player like Panthion who can jump in and slow her with one move and do massive amounts of damage with another.
If you are facing 3 or more DPS and/or champions with powerful spells, go with Banshee's Veil. If not go with Last Whisper. I have seen one other player use Ashe with a build similar to this and they were the only player that could give me a run for my money.
I also sometimes go with two blood thirsters instead of a black cleaver.

Ashe is a good champion for saving allies with low life being chased by multiple enemy champions. When an ally champion is running down a lane, Middle lane for example, and you are just out of range to help, simply shoot your Crystal Arrow to freeze an ally and slow allies around them, all taking damage. After that run up and throw a volley. toggle Ice Arrow on and start attacking. After you are high enough level your volley will be back in three seconds. throw another volley. They are all slowed down when they are hit with your volley and Ice Arrow. Do not forget to keep your distance because, again, Ashe is a bit squishy.
BEWARE! If you throw a volley and a champion is behind a minion the minion will take the damage.
Ashes Crystal Arrow can be shot across the map.
1.) So if you have weakened an enemy champion to low life (Especially squishy ones) and they run behind a turret, don't be afraid to throw a crystal arrow down the lane after them. Not many people run in a zig zagged line. and many people go just out of range of your sight to recall and heal.
2.) if you are rushing to defend a turret, throw a crystal arrow to slow the champion(s) attacking it. it will slow them and/or freeze them for a few seconds buying you time.
3.) there is team fight going on and your team is starting to lose, throw one their way to deal a good amount of damage and freeze a champion rendering it unable to attack or run for a few seconds and allow your team to tank that champion.
