this is basically just a massive attack speed and run speed boost for ashe, adding the last whisper and inf. edge boost her attack damage and critical hit.. hit. the 3 phantom dancers + inf. edge give her a 100% crit. hit chance, so every hit will be dealing roughly 350 - 500. the last whisper adds armor penetration for the enemys who try to lower your damage.

this is the best build i have found, but a hard one to start. after the 2nd phantom dancer its pretty easy to keep going, as the kills rack up.

well, to kill the enemy champions, u hit them with ur attacks and when they start to run away, hit them with a crystal arrow and turn on your frost fire attack. if u miss with the crystal arrow then u have your frost fire on, which slows them down to (min) 250 (max) 350. and with all the phantom dancers, your movement speed is already at 450 +. so you just chase and shoot them, dealing 300 - 500 damage each hit. hitting very fast.
