Cass is a lane where if you're good with azir you win lane hands down(literally so bad it can't be put on pornhub because they don't allow rape), but if you fuck up she can kill you easily. Moral of the story play aggressive and watch her q's early game that's her only shot. Play to your team advantages with towers for teamfights and get her out quick(if she scales correctly).
Akali
EZ win, you out range her poke her, deny her farm she all ins you at 6 ult into tower range and fuck her.
Ahri
Skill matchup, if you're better than ahri you can win lane easily she will roam and make sure to take tp and have it ready when she does. Also you're team needs to be aware of this. If she gets ganks and fucks you early game she will roam and get more kills rip.
Annie
Like akali, EZ win, watch out post 6 for the annie flash tibbers ignite and You'll be fine, abuse her early game and watch for ganks because they will come.
Brand
Dodge his q and you'll be fine, poke him out of lane and out farm him. Only go in if you have the inherit advantage and his q is down.
Ekko
Skill matchup, Keep Ekko away and you win, He will abuse the early game so watch out, and his w will literally fuck you.
Zed
Zed, rush zhonyas and time it right not much else to say he can hurt you if you play wrong. but since his nerfs his lanning is now far worse and makes the matchup easier.
Yasuo
You win EZ place soldiers well and he can't lane proc thunderlords whenever you can, Next remember his windwall can't block soldier attacks only their movement. He will start e early to poke you out, and he can ult past your wall it happens.
LeBlanc
if shes good rip, if shes not it'll be ok just poke her out if she goes in at 6 ult towards tower and attack her.
Twisted Fate
You out range him, and out do him in every aspect, He will Roam at 6 that is inevitable the only thing he does better than you is pressure.
Fizz
Its Fizz you can outplay him bait out e and then fight, He will ulti into e and then go in wait and as soon as he comes out ult him and kill him quick, Fight around your wall and you win. Misplay and you lose.
Vel'Koz
Vel out pokes you and damages you, don't fight unless you can get ganks or unless hes bad then you can.
Ziggs
watch for the q's and trade you out farm him and win lane late game your stronger fight around that mentality.
Lissandra
You win lane, but her teamfights are better. Kill her before teamfights and you're fine.
Syndra
Out range her in general, watch her e, then go all in when its down and you have the advantage.
Xerath
He out ranges you so dodge the shots and then go in when the timing is right or wait for ganks.
Talon
its talon GG, he has early game pressure and he will wreck you easy, play smart and hope he doesn't roam. take barrier or tp into this one (comp dependent)
Orianna
you have lane, she has teamfights careful if they have engage watch or malph.
Katarina
Freelo...nothing more to say, she will try to get ganks, just poke her and if she all ins you ult, and you are "DA WEINER".
Malzahar
You have range and poke, he has burst don't 1v1 him at 6 when he has ult and your fine.
Jax
I feel like this needs to be said, your soldiers count as spells not autos so when he E's poke him and ult towards tower and you can still hit him.
Aurelion Sol
an average matchup you poke him, he pokes you whoever gets the dps out first wins.
Taliyah
great utility, displacement, and slows try to out farm and poke when you can.
So as stated above based upon your laning opponent is based on how this plays out, generally place soldiers in of minions but make sure you can harass if they go in for farm. Next at 6 make sure you have enough mana for a full combo and try getting them into tower range. You will always either get a kill or blow flash and get a kill turret damage at this level is lethal. remember W.Q costs 110 at around then so, make sure you have enough to poke them down.
