I use ArP Greater Mark of Desolation , Flat Armor Greater Seal of Armor , Flat M.Resist Greater Glyph of Magic Resist and Flat AD Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage .ArP marks and AD quint help me to farm easyly with Offensive Mastety .And they give me maximum DPS on normal hit and with my skills on early game where is Garens power .I use armor seals and m.resist glyphs to be a lil bit more tanky on the lane phase cuz many time you`ll be solo lane ot top and they will help you to handle lane .Another good way is to pick Armor panetration quintessences,about another runes for me this is best choice for him

With this mastery build Garen take all that he need more DMG, crit chance and crit DMG that improve his skills dmg .Take some CD , its very important cuz Garen dont have mana and you can spam your skills.From Defense tree i pick Magic resist and armor to improove my survivability and effect of your Courage

Firt s of all you need to lvl up fastest you can your E cuz you know "Spin=win" :D,after that lvl up your Q ,pust some points on you W every time before learn ulti than means on lvl 4 ,lvl 10 and lvl 15 and ofc lvl up your ulti on lvl 6 , 11 and 16

In this days Flash is ablosutly needed for ganging or just best positioning or save you *ss,for second i use Exhaust for max effectivnes of you E spell ,another good choice for second summoner spell is Ignite cuz will lower you opponents in combo with your skills to 100% kill with your ulti.Another good combo with summoner spells is Exhaust / Ingnite

When you are in lane try just to last hitting minions,use you E for killing minions only if you want to push the lane (when you want to destroy the turret,go back for shopping or going to gang in another lane)Never use you Q to kill a minion cuz many times it will save your *** from gang or your aggresive lane opponent. It is best if you can freeze the minions in the middle of the lane (not close to your or enemy turret) cuz if minions are too close to your turret u`ll miss some last hits by turret ,if you are close to enemy turret its easy to be ganged.To freeze the lane best thing that you can do is to copy actions of your lane opponent if you are in 1v1 lane that meas if he(she)auto attacking you do the same, if he use skills for fast killing minions you do same.Once you take Sunfire Aegis farming is going very easy
